프로젝트 박선영미술관을 방문해주신 여러분께 감사의 말씀을 드립니다. 프로젝트 박선영미술관은 2016년 여름 청년예술가 박선영의 독자성과 예술혼을 고취하고 동시대미술을 통해 전세계 모든 이들과 소통하기 위해 설립되었습니다. 프로젝트 박선영미술관은 첫째, 미술의 권위주의와 선입견을 해소하고 대중에게 쉽게 다가가고자 노력합니다. 둘째, 풍부하고 정확한 아카이빙 작업을 기본으로 합니다. 셋째, 다영역 다각도 관점을 통한 더욱 심층적인 작품 제작, 연구 그리고 분석에 충실합니다. 앞으로 프로젝트 박선영미술관은 더욱 생동감 있는 작품 및 전시와 차별회된 활동으로 여러분을 찾아뵐 것을 약속드리며, 상상미술관으로서 독창성과 전문성을 심화하고 동시에 동시대미술을 더욱 쉽게 만날 기회를 드리고자 노력하겠습니다. 여러분의 애정 어린 충고와 관심 부탁드립니다.

*About Sunyoung Park
Sunyoung Park was born and currently works in Seoul. She received her BFA from SangMyung University and her MFA as an honoured student of Prof. Ricard Deacon from Kunstakademie Düsseldorf in Germany. She attended the L'école des beaux-arts de Paris, Photography class of Prof. Patric Tosani in 2011, and her artwork has been shown at many venues including Fotografijos Galerija, balzer projects, Lepsien Foundation, Gyeonggi Creation Center, Suchang Youth Mension, Kunstpalast Düsseldorf, Lehmbruck Museum. She has been awarded artist residencies at Gyeonggi Creation Center, Komunitas Salihara, Antonie-Leins-Künstlerhaus, among others. She was a fellow researcher of Art des Images et Arts Contemporains (AIAC), Saint-Denis University of Paris in 2019, a presenter of Internatioal Conference of Applied and Creative Arts (ICACA), University Malaysia Sarawak in 2021. In 2022 she continues her Ph.D at SungShin Women's University in Seoul, lecturing in media art.
